Saw this answered by one of the BBRC members that are still GW official on another forum and wanted to share it.

Only two things rules-wise from LRB 6.0 are missing from the Competition Rules Pack.

1) Page 5 which defines that the range ruler is now measured by squares and not the player's base. This one is a "big deal" in my opinion so make sure you print out Page 5 from the LRB 5.0 and add it to the Competition Rules Pack.

2) The extra benefits for winning the 4 Majors are not in the document either. The mutations from the Chaos Cup (that explain Icepelt and Eldril's stats for example), the wizard for the Dungeonbowl, etc. If you liked these rules, print out these pages from LRB 5.0 as well (as they did not change for LRB 6.0). You need pages 32 and 33 to include these rules.

Outside of these 2 items, my understanding is that everything else that was key to the rules of LRB 6.0 are in the Competition Rules Pack.

If you don't have a download copy of LRB 5.0, you can still get it here from GW (link copied from Cyanide site):
http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_Cus ... lebook.pdf

So if you want the full LRB 6.0 as intended by the BBRC you need the Competition Rules Pack and pages 5, 32, and 33 from the LRB 5.0 and you'll be fully good to go. If you are a perfectionist for what the BBRC wanted for LRB 6.0, add in the 3 new teams document for the Chaos Pact, Slann and Underworld rules: http://www.thenaf.net/files/NewTeams_LRB6.pdf

If you need the link for the Competition Rules Pack, it is here: http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_Cus ... _Rules.pdf

Just a reminder that posting links to illict copies of LRB6 is not allowed.

That includes any amended versions of the CRP to show content other than that GW have published. AFAIK reproduction of CRP is only permitted for personal consumption and as such modifying and republishing it is not within the terms you agree to when downloading it.

I do not care whether you do it or not, I just do not want it posted or linked to from this site.

Making it printable that does not require magnifying glasses to read.

I have tried many attempts to get this to print page for page rather than 2 pages per page.

Did you try downloading the updated version? Thats one page per sheet by default.

Yes but it's defaulted to 2 pages per page.

I can read 1 page at a time and flick a page on 1. But to print it, it comes out micro print. Now this is the way it has been on 3 different computers.

BTW I cannot afford the PDF writeable version, I've only got the read only.

It has to be your printer settings, not the PDF itself.

I haven't tried printing it yet, and I'm not hooked up to a printer right now but if you go to File -> Print and look for the "Page Scaling" attribute it should be set to Shrink to Printable area or something similar (not multiple pages). If that is set to multiple pages then that was probably changed by someone else, not GW!

They might have fixed it now, but when it was two pages per sheet I used the Viewer on my Mac and cropped out first one page, printed them and then the other, printing the same pile of sheets again so as to get them double-sided.

Ah, so much crap over c.r.a.p...

Could you use the select tool, copy and paste into a Word, or other equivalent, document format...?

It's a secured pdf, so you can't select/copy anything.

Good! I'd hate for anyone to knowingly copy c.r.a.p....

It would be a "crappy" thing to do....

And "protections" are not to be unexpected from such a "crap-tastic" company....

Well, one wouldn't want unauthorized "c.r.a.p." on the internet anyway....

Keeps one from giving a c.r.a.p., now, doesn't it...?
