Bit of thread necromancy here, but this hasn't been added to the NAF clarifications page yet.

Am I right in reading this (my emphasis in bold) to be immediately before the kick-off table and therefore after setup?

I can see the debate if it is before or after setup, but i cannot see how you can see AFTER kickoff as start of the half. Th half most start as soon as you kick the ball away.
