Those were the July and August minutes, so I'd assume it was at the September meeting?

The meeting after those was at the beginning of October. Minutes due any minute (arf).

The aim is to have the full World Cup document (with rules and registration information) out by the end of the year. The organizers in Italy are understandably occupied by this year's version of the Lucca Comics and Games convention and couldn't devote their full attention to the project any sooner than that.

The issue with is that the office only hold meetings once a month. So any response will only be from an individual and represent no consensus from the committee.

I would suggest to comment this topic on the next Office meeting if possible. Guess is a fair point at least to consider.
