Does pouring rain affect hand off actions?

Don't understand a particular rule or just need to clarify something? This is the forum for you. With 2 of the BBRC members and the main LRB5/6 writer present at TFF, you're bound to get as good an answer as possible.

If it's a standard X-cage, then there would be no eligible square for the interceptor, as there is no shorter path than the one between thrower and catcher.

You also can't intercept your own passes, dump-off or not.

It wouldn't be your own pass though... It's your opponent who declared the dump-off. It's their pass even though it's going to your player. Also, this thread has gone completely off the rails! Hahaha! :lol:
