The new Death Zone Season 2 includes rules for Rostering a Star Player. Our question is that if you do that you can carry that Star Player into the playoffs as well?

The Season 1 book mentions not hiring Star Players or Mercs in the playoffs, but as inducements, so we assumed that since they are part of your roster that that is okay.

Just looking for more informed opinions though since I emailed GW and haven't heard back.

The way it reads to me is that you can have rostered star players in the post season. Adds a whole new complexity to the game especially for stunty teams. Not sure if I like it or not.
