In the new deathzone rules under star players it states that Star play may not use induced or team Apothecary
but it also says they have their own Apothecary

so you get a free roll to heal a damaged Star player

I believe that's just 'fluff', used to keep them on the market so to speak.

It's the same wording as CRP. It says that their apothecaries help them get in shape for the next match.
