How do we do to get an enlightened opinion ?

The right answer has been given though.
You choose the order of Bribe and AtC so yes you can argue before spending a Bribe.

If you AtC and fail Fink is booted along with the Head Coach. "Fail" meaning a roll of a 1.

1 is a fail, the player is sent off and the Head Coach (and Fink) is booted out.
2 to 5 is AtC doesn't work and the player is sent off (2 to 4 with Fink).
6 is a success (5 or 6 with Fink).
