Re-roll an attempt to catch a bouncing ball?

A question in two halves:

(1) Can you reroll a failed attempt to catch a scattering ball in your own turn? (I would assume YES).

(2) Can you reroll an attempt to catch a scattering ball in your opponents turn?

"A coach may use a team re-roll to re-roll a dice roll for an action carried out by a player in their own team during their own team turn" - sayeth LRB 2.0

I read "action" here as a single dice roll. Namely a block, a dodge, a pass, a catch etc.
Based on that the answers are:

1)Yes, he's catching a ball on your turn
2)No, rerolls are for your turn only

Mestari is right, but there are exceptions:

Personal re-rolls provided by skills may be used anytime, regardless of whose turn it is. The example of the Catch skill re-roll on LRB page 15 even mentions that you may use catch to re-roll a failed interception.

So we have to distuingish between team RRs and Skill based RRs.

This makes Pro a little more useful, too IMO.

My mistake - I was under the impression we were talking about TRR's.
