Foul appearance cumulative?

Is the -1 for pass and catch for Foul appearance cumulative or not. Say your are within 3 space of 3 rotters. Do you get a -3 to your roll or a -1? Any offical word on this one?

Yes, they are cumulative, and FA works even if the FA player is down and stunned on the pitch.
