Betting Rules... BBMAG#7

Could someone post the Betting Rules from BBMAG #7, I allow betting in one of my leagues, but was curious as to how 'they' handle it.

We just used the betting rules last night on our Spike! final. Of course most people lost their cash but a couple made a little bit our of it (about 20K on average I think)!
