With the old school rules this would be an almost guaranteed TD.
blue 5 blitzes red 1, pushes red 1 off of blue 1 with 2d block. It doesn't matter if he goes down or not. Blue 5 Handoff to Blue 1, blue 1 activates and runs it in.
Die rolls:
2 die block - good chance
3+ hand off in no tackle zones - good chance
New school rules this would be harder.
Blue 5 runs next to blue 1 and red 1 and hands off 4+ roll. Blue 1 blitzes red 1 with the assist from blue 5 -2d block, then runs it in for the TD. With a reroll on hand, a pretty easy TD.

It is pretty tough to stop the TD, so much can go wrong for the defence, and it no matter what the defence, there is a chance of the TD (Unless you're very lucky, and dump the ball carrier).
If this is for a game winning TD at the end of the game, I would try TZ the ball carrier as much as possible, force him to make those dodge/dodgy pass rolls, and prey to nuffle...
Gk.
