I don't know how much experience you have, but you might want to check out the following thread:

You haven't said if its a rookie Chaos team or one already developing, or which rules your playing 3rd, 4th or 2k. Chaos tends to be a pretty slow starter, due to the cost of The Chaos Warriors, and the avoidance of turnovers is a neccesity because no-one starts with a block skill, so you need to get in a few re-rolls. If your playing ally rules then i suggest getting a couple of Goblins into the starting line-up. Cheap and nasty and allowing you to fillthe roster out more cheaply.

I'm afraid I don't quite realize what you're looking for?
There is no way to teach you to play "the perfect way" over a forum like this.. Or over any channel really..
The only way you'll be able to learn how to play is to actually play alot of games.. At first, you might try to find someone who will play games with you, commenting on tactics and positions while you play.
And naturally, it's beneficial if you find someone who you can meet in person, and who talks your mother tongue.. And if you can't find anyone, just play the games and try to analyze them on your own...

Ok the first thing you need to do is identify how you want to use your team.
Chaos have the perfect set up to be able to develop a number of ways. But of course the key to success with a chaos team is team development. if you want a bludgeoning style play to blow away the pesky Skaven, Elves etc, then you need to develop a strong blocking bases team bases on Block, Mighty Blow etc. However the bestmen can develop in many ways, with only a couple of decent Star player rolls, you can developa decent passer or catcher.
Unfortunately there is no one tactic that will make your team, better than the others as all teams should develop to play to their own strengths.
like i said Chaos is all about team development. I wouldn't expect Chaos to win a tournament as a rookie side as it lacks too many starting skills, but with team development after a couple of seasons, maybe even after 1 Chaos can be a very powerful side. remember patience is the key and a well balance side to play to your game plan. personnaly i'd give all my players Block, except to try and develop one ball carrier and one reciever to take away the heat from a cage play. But then again i play Chaos Dwarves, who are not as agile as Chaos warriors.

Chaos is tailor made for the Death & Destruction game, Realm. You can get general skills like Block, Tackle and the everlovable Dirty Player...access to Piling On and Mighty Blow...and those WONDERFUL mutations! Claws, Razor Fangs, etc...all helpful in killing. Give that a shot.
Oh, and one guy to carry the ball.

The question I would have is did you start by reading the material in the tactics library at blood-bowl.net for Chaos?
