Depends on the rest of your team. Diving Tackle if you lack markers , though +MA and Ag4 gives you options on offence - Not a go to choice but a option if you get stuck and the difference between Ma6+7 is huge (2turn score without GFI) and with Grab on Black Orc's and his AG4 you have a viable 1TTD threat.

I have(had) leap on a 4AG Blodging Dwarf runner on a team I recently retired. I never used Leap, but the potential it had gave pause to quite a few opponents.
