MB, although guard or the plus MA wouldn't be bad either.

My natural instinct would be to pick MB on a ST4 Blitzer as he will get favorable blocks a lot.
On the other hand block ST4 Guard is annoying as we know, so add in doge and side-step and you have a great player for dominating the blocking wars.
This is a tough choice and I would look at what races you play more to make a decision. If you have a lot of Bash then guard for sure, if AV7-8 teams are prevalent then MB is a great choice to aid in clearing the pitch for your team.

Guard. Mine went from 4st to 5 and guard was still amazing.mb is nice if you are a basher

Mighty Blow.
You need at least one Mighty Blow in the team, and this S4 player is the best one to get it on. Tackle next, then Dodge. On a second double, take Piling On (and protect him well from Fouls) and then Jump Up and Tackle.

Mighty blow or guard if you ask me...
And if you aks me, looking at your team i'd consider MB (then tackle, sidestep...)
