I'm still a bit new to Chaos in a perpetual league environment and not sure what to do with these injuries. First, my Mino will be returning next game and he has -1 Movement. I'm torn because with frenzy movement is important, but he is 2 SPP away from level 3, where, assuming no doubles I will give him tentacles, making movement less important. I also really dislike a rookie Mino, atleast with claw he has a use. Next I have a +STR beastman with a niggling. I consider Niggling the best permanent injury to keep, but he only has 6 SPP and think I should just fire him. Lastly, my MB/Block CW got a niggling as well. I think I will keep this guy, as he usually isn't on the LOS.
Lastly, I have a CW and a beastman who both rolled doubles. Not much guard in my league and even less tackle on my next few opponents, so I'm leaning dodge on both. My next three opponenets are Necro (1 Guard, 1 Tackle), Norse (3 guard, 1 tackle), Skaven (1 guard, 0 tackle). Am I doing the right things?

Dodge on both. Keep the niggled players. Keep feeding the dodge BM the ball until he gets Block @16.
