+ST on a Halfling (first skill)

My cup runneth over this season. I've gotten Block on a Treeman, Block on a Fling and last night I rolled a 12 for another Halfling. ST 3 sounds great, but an 80K Halfling seems like a lot of TV (current team rating is 1040, most teams started fresh this season).
What do you think? Should I build Puggy Baconbreath's younger cousin? Thanks.

I'd say yes, go for it. If not, just because it's fun.
If the other teams are fresh odds are that there won't be that much tackle around (depending on the amount of dwarves) and if they're around the same TV as yourself, you won't get any good inducements anyway (Deeproot).
Fingers crossed that he gets block soon

Whilst he's not worth the TV, roll an 11 or 12 for him next skill and you got something special in the making.
Personally I'd take Sure Hands but if you have a bit of the romantic in you, take the Str without hesitation

Thanks guys. Despite misgivings, I decided to go for it and give him the ST boost. I'll report back if it turns out to be worthwhile or not.
