League redrafting with Slann

Just an idle thought.
We redrafted after our first season, and the effect was to (mostly) reset TV to around the 1400 level, which I was quite impressed with.
So - thought about Slann. Catcher-heavy Slann builds are really strong for the short term, but suffer long term. Blitzer-heavy Slann builds are the opposite.
Could it then make sense to build a catcher-heavy build for the first season, skill up the catchers and (importantly) get some skills on the linefrogs, then redraft and build a more blitzer-heavy roster next season? The extra cash could mean you could move from a four catcher build to a two catcher/two blitzer/1 Krox build, or something similar.
