OWA roster, Eurobowl rules

This roster is made for a finnish tournament coming up where the OWA team is rated as Tier 3 in the Eurobowl rules. The team might be different in the actual rules if/when they include the team in the official Eurobowl ruleset. Tier 3 is 140k cash to buy skills.
