Can someone from the MBBL activate my account for the MBBL. And can some tell me how to create my team as i must be doing something wrong.

You should probably contact Michel - he is the current commish of the league:
m 'dot' schaake 'at' gmail 'dot' com

As for creating a roster, it really isn't hard. You just need the 'team creator' and set it to 'MBBL':
