MBBL Season 1 finished

Final standing for the MBBL season 1.

24 teams played in LRB rules only format (couple experimental rules tested for BBRC but they really didn't impact game play).

1st place: Balrog - David Cook - Chaos
2nd place: not on TBB - Jay Deckman - Dwarf
3rd place: not on TBB - Robert Arnholm - Skaven
4th place: not on TBB - Brian Hixon - Amazon

Congrats to the top 4 teams from Season 1. Season 2 will have 40 teams and 19 races along with the kicking rules ... be interesting to see who comes out on top again.

Galak, you have stated that we will be using kicking rules and new team rosters in season 2 on the website, but there is no mention of the rules suggested here that we would be trialling (+1 to injury with niggles, apothecary healing goes to the bench etc.). Will we be using these in season 2, or have they been laid aside for the time being?

They've almost all been laid completely aside for now.

Basically in the keep it simple arena the teams, Thrud, Kicking Rules, and Niggles rolled before each Half are the only testing requests before the MBBL at this time.
