MBBL2 down?

You don't have permission to access /MBBL2/forum/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I'm getting this message whilst trying to access the MBBL2 site. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Ooohhhhh .... that's a new one for me.

Not sure what would cause that error .... anyone with web and PHP / SQL experience have any ideas where I need to look to fix this one??????
