Not sure the Handicap Table made much difference. Sure SBG had the worst possible roll - +1 to FF (boy that sucks) - since there was only 1 roll on the HC Table. One or 2 Handicap results could have made it a lot closer - say 3 Mummies got OFAB and failed the roll a lot. IMO the 3 reasons why the result is as it is are:-

1. The dice - if they are against you there isn't a lot you can do;

2. SBG picked a fight with the Mummies. Sure having Block on the CDs is very useful. But he should have targetted all my av 7 players - I kept these out of the way (or used them together) until the I had numerical advantage; and

3. I targetted the hobbos - after the first drive the only one available was the one sitting on the subs bench.

That last one is the key to beating chaos dwarves. Its the simplest way to slow them down but good.

I never said that I wouldn't play if we were drawn against you - that would be acting like a chicken.

I was just pointing out that it might not be the team I most wanted to play against.
