Hello Everyone!
I would have the same request, if anyone is thinking about establishing a new private league, I'd be interested in joining! I have played a little over 20 games now with public MM and joining a private league would be much more appealing. Feel free to send a message, please!

Hey. There's the Warhammer Open that you have to be accepted on. Say you're from TFF or look on TWF

Yeah, good games (for me) but made getting some games in a right pain.

Hey there,

Welcome to the Sturm von Stahl Blood Bowl League. SvS is an international league of cuttroats, thieves and psychotic nasties - of which it is reported, only few are human and the rest....well lets just say they're the stuff of nightmares!

And why would such a motley group of individuals get together?

To compete for the ultimate prize in Blood Bowl (apart from The Spike, The Dungeon Bowl, the Chaos Cup and the actual Blood Bowl Trophy that is!) - the Sturm von Stahl League Trophy of course!

Sponsored by CaRBB, KFC, Kommodoberg beer and toilet commodities, Grinderman Gums, Mesozoic Media Empire

Impressive I think you will agree! - You will note the trophies beautiful design allows it to be used as a +1 ST hand weapon by the winning team in the next season! - See! We think of everything here at Sturm von Stahl!

Some information about Sturm von Stahl,

Sturm von Stahl follows the CaRBB and KFC mandates. At Sturm von Stahl the game is played in the spirit of the Blood Bowl background story from the living rule book. We highly encourage Turn-16 Gang Fouling, teams who don't even try to score but will get their joy if every one of their opponents are in the injury box, as well as team builds which might be suboptimal but in the spirit of the team's race or the team's background. Just trying to win the damn trophy is fine as well though. We also want to tell the story of the league and therefore encourage coaches to write match reports and background write ups of their team and players. Sturm von Stahl is a league of "teams" as opposed to a league of "coaches". The stars are the teams and their stories. The goal is to have the most violent and bloody league with real teams who have great background and character. In summary, coaches primarily wants to join to be part of the legendary Sturm von Stahl story.

Check us out here.

Any current recommendations for a Cyanide league? Not too serious, flexible schedule and suited to UK evening games?

How flexible? Most leagues play a game a week. If that suits then OCC is about to start Season 21. There's also FunLeague, UKBBL, BBTactics, OFL...

I presume these leagues are free to join Dode?

I'm looking for a fun open league or a longer period, say 2-3 weeks per round league and this for GMT-ish time frame.
