Re: Week 3 TFF League fixtures
My 'zons versus Hudson's Dwarfs. A bit of sillyness but very fun game for me. My hope going in was a 0-0 draw, only 5 Injuries and hopefully only 1 death. Traditionally I just get beat up by Dwarfs, no matter what team I play.
Actual result: 0-0, 2 Casualties, 1 death! In my mind, this is a Victory! I had a chance to sneak a TD late in the 2nd half but whuffed a 3+ reroll pass. However this is offset by making at my count at least 15 dodges in a row earlier.
Good luck Hudson, fun game, even if the girls spent most of the game looking at clouds!

Re: Week 3 TFF League fixtures
Great game, both nearly got in for a score.
3 turns to get the ball from my end zone to yours was always asking a lot though.
Sorry about the death.
Good luck with your next game.

Re: Week 3 TFF League fixtures
I was up 1-0 after 1 half. 2nd half kickoff, one of my Jouryneymen gets KO'd..the apothecary box pops up, and my game crashes to desktop...
what can we do about the game?
I feel that it could be a crash issue with the apothecary and loners..and I have 2 on my team, so it is likely to happen again even if we restart...(plus, I scored a TD with one of my slayers darn it..had to push him one forward to be in range--which took setting up to do, pick up the ball, gfi twice and hand off (failed, but it bounces around and the slayer does end up with the ball)..then he had to gfi twice...not often you get to pull off a play like that...
anyway, I think the FUMMBL client has spoiled me--it easily reconnects after a disconnection like this, while the cyanide client is a big load of......

Re: Week 3 TFF League fixtures
I do not wish to continue playing the cyanide game--it can't recover from crashes/disconnects, so you have to play the whole game over again...getting vastly different results
very, very frustrated with cyanide right now (Not this league or anything, just the game itself)...FUMBBL is much better client.
how do you want to handle my team? Should I leave the league or stay in so nothing gets messed up?

Hi very sorry to hear about the problems Xeterog, i know that lots of others have had trouble with the game crashing repeatadley for inexplicable reasons. I can understand your frustration.
If you wouldnt mind leaving your team there for the time being it would be appreciated, i'm not sure how the league fixtures would cope with a team withdrawal.

Think I may be the lucky exception
Had problems with the original game but never had any problems with legendary crashing.

Re: Week 3 TFF League fixtures
Played stick last night, not the most eventful game, managed a 1-1 draw though stick came close to clearing the pitch in the 2nd half, and my teams injuries are starting to rack up.
Also i've validated all the results so far so teams can be updated, think theres still 1 more game to go this week.
