Personal FUMBBL objectives: is this reasonable?

Post by mattgslater »

Anything I should add to this list on my coaching profile?

Near-term objectives (no deliberate gaming for objectives allowed):
* Achieve W≥(L+T) and maintain for 30 matches
* Win a tournament, any tournament
* Win ten or more matches in a row
* Go unbeaten fifteen or more matches in a row
* Achieve CR 165+
* Maintain CR 160+ for 30 matches
* Achieve top 100 CR
* Achieve 3:2 TD ratio (again)

Streak objectives (match selection to maintain is permitted, if necessary):
* Never lose five matches in a row (maximum streak 3)
* Never go winless for eight matches in a row (maximum streak 7)
* Never give up four touchdowns
* Never concede a match in a competitive division

Objectives recently accomplished (no deliberate gaming)
* Achieve W≥(L+T)
* Achieve CR 160+
* Achieve 5:1 relative Comp/Int ratio, maintain for 30 matches
* Achieve 3:2 TD ratio, maintain for 30 matches
* Win five or more matches in a row (twice; maximum streak 7)
* Go unbeaten ten or more matches in a row (maximum streak 11)

What is Nuffle's view? Through a window, two-by-three. He peers through snake eyes.
What is Nuffle's lawn? Inches, squares, and tackle zones: Reddened blades of grass.
What is Nuffle's tree? Risk its trunk, space the branches. Touchdowns are its fruit.

Do you love your significant other?

If the answer is 'YES' then you should burn this list and play for fun. :wink:

+1 burgun

Personally, I tend to get fed up with goals and objectives at work so I use FUMBBL only for private leagues. If I have one goal, then that would be if I ever am in a position where I can spare the time (and I hope it never happens, because I would be miserable), I would compete in a major. I couldn't care less about the stats on the personal page and I think the "Awards" is just plain dumb. Silly, silly Christer trading in that for the previous page (which displayed titles and prizes won in majors and minors)!

On topic though, you could add something about titles. If it's bragging rights you're after (even if it is when you look yourself in the mirror), then titles (majors, minors, etc) is what counts. That, and perhaps some tongue-in-cheek insults, like "always keep a positive win record against Odium_Khan." ;)
