How to retire a player on BB:LE

Post by Revenent Reiko »

Hi Guys,

1st post, and its a pretty simple (albeit difficult to answer apparently) question....

Does anyone know how to retire a player on BB:LE (other than just getting them killed)?

My poor rookie skink got a permanent injury instead of the TD i was hoping he would get (!) so hes out on his ear as soon as i can manage it

Also, a quick thank you for just a great site!

On the roster screen there should be a red arrow on the left of the player's name (or thereabouts), click that and it'll ask for confirmation.

Note that you won't get an assistant coach like you should do (or did, last time I read through that bit of the rules...)

Fantastic, thanks Sandwich!

I'll go looking for the little red arrow as soon as im home.

Huh, didnt know that was meant to happen, shame i wont get an assistant coach, but its better than him taking up a spot on my roster (and un-necessarily raising my TV for that matter)...

Thanks again

Just realised I typed 'red arrow' when I meant to say 'red cross'.

Getting my shapes muddled up... but then its a Monday.

Haha no worries, 'Its a Monday' forgives a great many discrepancies, and this is hardly a large one to begin with.

I just appreciate being told even which part of which screen to be looking in! i couldnt find ANY other information on how to do it (but the firewall at work doesnt help i have to say...) so Thank you again

You don't get an assistant coach, as that was removed from the rules in the change from LRB4 to LRB5.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Oops... I guess I should follow the advice in your signature then (haven't played in a TT league since 3rd edition)
