I just interviewed Michael Mendheim, the creator, for both my radio show and also for an upcoming Zlurpcast (to be released around Oct 5th.

While it's got a long way to go, the main thing is getting a large amount of people to pledge something, even $2 for the mobile version.

I hope you asked him if there would be any cease and desist orders if 3rd parties started producing "mutant leage football" miniatures, dice, templates, pitches (maybe boxed sets)...

He's actually calling his game Mutant Football League (an ongoing MFL) theme instead of Mutant League Football.

I know he's still friends with the guys at EA so from what he tells me the relationship is good there.
