OBBLM install help
I'm trying to set up OBBLM for our upcoming league. It took some work to get php5.6 and php7.x set up on the same webserver but it's running now so I'm happy. I got the settings.php file updated and went to run install.php but nothing appears! I've reached the end of my google-fu and still nothing so I'm coming here for help. Anyone have an idea as to why nothing is happening?

Update: After installing php5.6-mysql I managed to get to the setup db button but I'm then failing on an error to setup functions. I did indeed grant the sql user the ability to do this so I'm not sure where to go next - error in the screenshot:
