Handicap table

So how does this handicap table work? I've heard it's used to even odds in leagues between teams. I think I'm gonna try it to play against my little brother, otherwise the game wouldn't be fair I guess.

But how exactly is this handicap table used?

No Lucien doesn't like the handicap table in general.

The table and the rules for using it can be found in the Living Rulebook which you can download from the official GW-Blood Bowl site.

Yes it is used. I think Lucien just expressed his opinion that he feels it's broken.

The way you use it is that you compare the team ratings, then look up the rating difference in the handicap roll table (p 43 in the LRB). Then the lower rated player gets to roll the specified amount of times on the handicap table. A d66 roll is made by rolling one d6 first, counting this as the first digit (the tens), then rolling another d6 to give the second digit (the ones). Look up the result in the table and apply results.. Should be fairly obvious.
