Re: 3rd edition BB teams and composition
I think the range ruler is the same, as is the pointless scatter template
just the pitch that was changed afaik
range ruler is used for determining interception attempts as well as the range, though I would use the table to decide any disputes and/or to make things easier

That's easy enough to solve. I believe the width of the range ruler is 1.5 times the width of one square on your board.

Range Ruler hasn't changed since 2nd ed, neither have the scatter or throw in templates. pitch is now smaller (but bigger) as it's 28/29 mm squares rather than the old 20mm squares...

I assure you with some people it is not easy, same as deciding if a player is within a range band or not

What I'm saying is that you could cut any strip of material down to 1.5 times the width of one of your squares for determining interceptions and use the table for the range.

Quick pass 4 squares, short pass 4 squares, long pass 4 squares, long bomb 3 squares is how they used to measure.
But if the squares have changed size then its defunct now.
So i cant use my pretty astrogranite pitch anymore?
We all downgrade to cardboard?
I know theres a recession but huh? lol

Re: 3rd edition BB teams and composition
you can, just use the passing chart instead, it's on the forum somewhere not got time to search for it now
LRB5 passing chart in google will prob get it

end zone is only one square deep now though

I strongly suggest using the passing chart, we learned this year that the official GW Chaos Cup Stadium was not the correct size for the standard range ruler.
