Kick off spaces

Post by sayguh »

I know the rules say you count first space if using the throw in template but it doesn't seem to say if you count center square on a kick off scatter.

Thanks

Hi,
You dont count the centre square on the scatter template (D8) as there is no number in that square, so the ball has to move (Scatter) from there.

hope this make sense (its early and Im not to clever)

Yes, you place the template over the ball, then move it in the direction indicated by the D8, to the number of squares on the D6. Just as if you were, say, moving a player.
