Hello from North Carolina, USA
Hello! Im so excited that I found this site!
Ive been a LONG time Blood Bowl player, however, my experience is sort of odd:
Growing up, my 'best friend' (as in we were 10-12) played the v1.0 of Blood Bowl nearly every day. We had a 'league' with a bunch of teams, and we would take turns playing each team (using paper counters and the plastic blue and green minis!). As many of us do, I grew out of gaming during my high school and college years.
Now, Im nearly 39, and Blood Bowl has always been in the back of my mind, and in my opinion, its the best game that GW has ever put out! I play the pc game from time to time when time permits.
Now, im working on putting together an Ogre team (its always more about fun!) and letting it take me wherever it may! I live in the United States in North Carolina out in the 'boonies', but there are occasional leagues a couple cities over that I may try to get into.
Anyway, like I said - glad I found this site. Looking forward to looking around and all of your work and seeing whats up!
Jay
