Everybody is right. The team is illegal but also you need to add at least 1 fan factor. And a pass action is completely different from a hand off. Sounds like your 'professional' bloodbowl player needs to re-read the LRB. Give him the file siting the page in it. That'll shut him up. You might have ended up with a similar guy to one I played at the Tournament who didn't have any FF and GW still allowed him to play. Bloody Illegal Teams!
