We now have 33 registered coaches, but only 1 from Edmonton and 1 from Calgary. Any other Albertans thinking of coming out for the weekend?

Less than 24 hours.

Finished painting last night, just need to flock tonight and I can rest so I'm not too braindead tomorrow.

Looking forward to going 0-7! :D

Yes, evidently the Pi-Rats of Pestilence excelled at helping out teams in achieving their casualties for quotas...including the winning Ogre team in that catagory.

Ken won, doesn't surprise me at all, he's a great player. Never had the opportunity to play against him in any tourneys we both were at (BBGT, TKC, DB, GenCon), but did play a friendly agianst him in the hotel room at GenCon. He played humans and I played CDs (I think) and he beat me quite handily.
Congrads to Ken!

Awesome, awesome tournament. Considering it was my first, I'm thrilled that I not only managed to win two games but keep it close for the other five. I didn't expect the stunties to be my bane (curse you, 'flings and gobos!) but hey, when the dice decide that Stumble is the best thing I'm gonna roll, nothing much to do but try and hang on...

Congrats to the winners and kudos to the organizers for putting on a great shindig. If the Spike! returns to Vancouver next year, I will do my damndest to be there.

Can I make a request on behalf of european coaches? Next year please can you announce the dates more than 10 weeks ahead - getting flights that late is just a non starter for us (and we'd really like the opportunity to attend this major!)

Cheers guys,

G
