Thanks for your payment Mike.

It's getting big now, think with definates we're over last year's numbers so the prizes are getting better and better!

Unfortunately we're going to have to put a cap on the tourney. Those of you who came last year will remember it's only a small pub, and although there's been an extension, we don't want to be cramped.

We will accept payments for 40 people, but after that will need to PM us first to see if there's space.

Looking forward to seeing you all there

H and Ian

I have booked myself into the Station Hotel for the nights of 11-12 January. Anyone up for drinks on the Friday or should I bring my thesis to write on (what a sad, sad thought)?

I hope we can finish things off quickly on the Sunday as my last train leaves at 20:06! Should be easy enough though, two hours leeway.

Really looking forward to it.

Better late than never.... payment sent (via paypal) for me and Ronnie. See you there :D

If anything happens for definate with the aforementioned tourney virgin I'll pass it on, but now looking unlikely. Too much attention to Heroclix and StarWars minis for my liking

'Ere odium

Is that room a single or twin, cause I'll probably be travelling down by train on the Friday from leeds as well and back on the sunday, and I haven't booked anywhere to stay yet.

Tack ( )

It's a single at the moment but I can check with them if it's possible to change into a twin if it becomes cheaper. They were pretty informal about the bookings so if it's available it should be possible. I will try and post tomorrow after 5pm if I can get in touch with them over lunch.

They were quite cheap, £20 per night (or was it £40?) but they offer only cereals for breakfast.

EDIT: I must just add that as a native Swedish-speaker, quickly reading NWAWE's "Location" under his forum picture produced a very interesting result. You are so, so lucky Leon, that Ian doesn't speak Swedish! ;)

Just trying to get my head around what to play. 4 skills up front hmm and what will survive to game 5 without another 3.

Orc teams are going to be everywere I think with 4 Black Orcs with MB or Block, Krox teams too with Saurus the same. Or Dwarf teams with lots of Guard and the like

Not keen on Elves here as I think its going to get bashy. Same reason I may stay away from Norse or Amazons. Darkelves and Skaven dont like me so I may go with something safe like humans. Choices choices
