For those of you who were not able to be there this year, 'The Egg' turned out to be an exceptional gaming venue: spacious, air conditioned, clean and we were well looked after by the staff. Naturally, we hope to offer the same quality of prize support, competition and atmosphere that we have enjoyed at our previous tournaments.
We will, of course, be running a stunty cup as part of the weekend. This year we had a whopping 9 stunty coaches. Can we match that next time out?
'Beat Brendan'
In 2009, Brendan Spencerlayh (Pippy) will be looking to defend the title that he has won for the last two years with his lizardmen (12 games - 11 wins, 1 draw
) In recognition of Brendan's wonderful achievement (nobody else has managed to defend their title), we have decided to put a bounty on his head! The first person to defeat Brendan will get a prize (thanks to Bren for sportingly agreeing to this )Price:£20 (NAF), £25 (Non-NAF).
We will also be offering the same watermonkey discount as last year, so you can attend two great tournaments and make a good saving at the same time.

This year, in conjunction with the Monkeybowl (in Hartlepool), we are offering a special offer price of £27 (NAF) if you wish to attend both of these tournaments (£32 if you are Non-NAF). 12 games of Blood Bowl for under £30 is not to be sniffed at. There is also a prize for the best performing coach across the two tournaments.
