Hmmm, altho gazza would have (probably ) beaten me anyway its worth noteing the followingnazgob wrote:further proof that pro elves rule!

1. Id never played with a Human team before 9only got them on the morning of the tournament)
2. I had been drinking since 10am the previous day
3. (see above) my humans are the shadowforge Nuns, Gazza's pro elves are GW, at one point i had to ask if a model i wanted to dodge out was one of mine!!! (It was'nt)
Why not bring Pro elves then? this rule set is great for all the elven teams

Re: Newquay Bowl 2010, 17th/18th July
i has no elf minis
otherwise, i would be sorely tempted. i'm building a *** elf team. the minis will allow for:
2 blitzer types
1 thrower
3 catcher types
7 linemen
i'll be able to use them interchangeably as wood elves, pro elves and high elves (though high elves suck)

Ive got pro-elves if you wanted to use them, at this rate it will be a "winning team" for glowworm.....I wont be the coach tho
7 lino's
4 catchers
1 thrower
2 blitzers
All nicely painted (by Buggritt)
The gaffer used high elves at last years Newquay, only time Ive played them in tournaments, they seemed ok to me (I lost, whats new)nazgob wrote: though high elves suck

of those two hours that went, i spent at least 30 minutes on the forums. i'll see if i can bring that up to 50%
5 1/2 hours on the forums
1 slight scare from an overly inquisitive manager
goal achieved
now for a nice evening with Mrs Nazgob before my three day bloodbowl fest (still haven't finished painting my star player yet).

Actually after I'd cleaned up the areas I'd spewed on were cleaner than the rest of the bathroom!!! I'm blaming a Dodgy Chicken Burger from 'Spoons!! Like Glowworm said "I've seen you drink more than that and not be sick, and my (ordinary) burger, if it'd been a steak it'd have been medium rare."
I have obviously been taking a merciless ribbing from the worm, hudson, naz et al for this... only really felt better this evening after a very spicy sauce on a lovely mexican meal and a bottle of Rattler!!
Currently 1-1-1 and playing Naz first game of the AM, they've decided we can stack Day 2 skills too..... (could be facing about 7 guarders on a human team - Powergamer)

Just want to say a massive thanks to Hudson for organising such a great event. Only my second tournament, but its defintely encouraging me to go to more.
Special mention to Glowworm for being a wonderful man and giving me a lift there and back.
