I'm confused (again ). I get 1200 GC to make a team, right ? And 5 FF for free, right ?
Because that's the way I read the rules right there...

"Each team starts at TV 1200, taking the following into account:

1.You get 5 bonus Fan Factor. You can still purchase up to 9 FF yourself."

Bonus to me is "free".

That's what I had in mind when I typed it up. I've sent Dave an email to make sure we get on the same page one way or the other. Watch this thread for the final decision.

Clarification:
The 5 Bonus FF do not have to be paid for out of the 1.200.000 starting capital. So including the 5 free FF you'll end up with a TV 1.250.000 roster.

Hey guys,

any chance of having a rough estimate on the finishing time on sunday? Flights are getting more expensive almost every day and the latest is about 9 pm which might be a bit close if you start on 12pm as the last years (6h minimum for all games + breaks and delays + travel time to the airport + being there about an hour in advance etc.. ).

Looks like I won't be able to make it this time.. For some reason the flight prizes are skyrocketing for weeks and about 400 Euro is just too much for my taste. Maybe they will drop a bit when it gets closer to the flight date..

One small clarifaction and a timetable:

Special Play Cards will be allowed. We will provide decks of normal playing cards from which you can draw one before each match. On your roster you can put the amount of gold you want to reserve for cards and decide before each match from which categories you will draw.

Just mailed this to all registered coaches. Should anyone want to come who hasn't registered, here's the info just sent out:

1) Starting time:
Saturday the venue will open at 10:00. We want to start the first game at 11:00. Please try to get there on time.

2) Inducements:
Inducements are allowed on roster. This includes special play cards, but Star Players are not allowed. If you want to take special play cards, you'll need to reserve money for it on your roster. Before each match you can pick decks you use.

3) What to bring:
- At least two team sheets. You will be asked to hand one over at registration to make things easier on us. On these sheets you should already have written your chosen skills (see: http://blood-bowl.nl/?ac=Rules-14-1)
- 15 Euro's

4) Team concept:
We'll be giving away a team concept prize. Your teams will be judged on things like painting, coherence, naming (team, players), clothing, bribes, looks, and whatever else adds to the team-experience. So some extra effort can bag you a prize!
