The rules state Nurgle teams can raise a rotter for "that game only" but Nurgle's Rot doesn't work immediately like raising the dead in the game rules, it adds a rotter to your roster for the NEXT game. So is this a house rule changing Nurgle's Rot to essentially the same as raise the dead for this tournament?

Sorry - that's my mistake as I had thought that Nurgle's Rot worked immediately. Please disregard the comment about the extra rotter - I don't want to change the BB rules themselves with a house rule.

Something I should point out for anyone travelling by rail - it seems that Greater Anglia are having service alterations and will be putting on buses as a rail replacement This is affecting both the Saturday and the Sunday.
