A cracking weekend. Some great games! Next time, The Only Way Is A Six might win some more of them! Congratulations to We Will Frog You, on their mighty win. And congratulations to all involved in organising & running it.

azzroag wrote:Hi guys.

This tournament is very Nice and I want to thanks the organisator for that. Spécial thanks for pippy who take care of us (french guys) and find us a lot of facility.

I want also to say that the two point (clock at the wall and team standings) are two good news of this event. Thanks for this upgrade. If I can propose another upgrade it will concern the lunch (you know that french people like good food :) ) : can you propose good place to eat at lunch in the area of the venue ?

Of course I am happy for this Victory. And I want to say thanks to our 24 opponent who give us 2 and more hour of pleasure. I hope it was the same for you.

For sure we will frog you will come again. See you soon

Thanks for this feedback Julien. Next time we'll make sure we give more attention to the social side of things. The bigger tournaments grow, it can make it harder for players to stay together in the evenings. I'll look into those recommendations.

Glad you enjoyed the clock. That's all Circusbear's work. Really helped with the schedule!

When do you think the results will be up on the NAF site?

NAF results finalised. Just need the recalculation.

There's some editing of results to be done where people dropped out / missed day one (Circusbear / Mattrobson, Circusbear / Cunningstunt). Will get onto that asap.

Is that why rating hasn't been calculated. It doesn't show any adjustment.

Actually I've looked at a lot of other ratings from the UKTC and mine seems to be the only one not calculated. Can you look into for me.

Definitely not *only*. Mine seem to be wrong too, only the CR change from the final match seems to have been applied.

assuming you have done all the calculations could you check mine?

Sorry to be a pain

Actually... I've looked at a couple of others fire olli, it looks like the numbers are indeed still being crunched, it's not just us :)

Yeah there needs to be a recalculation authorised by one of the senior NAF staff

Ok now recalculated, just need to fix the games where Circusbear swapped as above.

Am I missing something? Am I doing these sums right?

Round 1 Threesome:
UKBBL East 5(7)

Round 2
Team Baguette 1– 7(9) UKBBL East

Round 3
Team Fantastic 5(7) – 3 UKBBL East

Round 4
UKBBL East 3 – 5(7) Clique and Destroy

Round 5
UKBBL East 3 – 5(7) Ze Germans

Round 6
UKBBL East 4(5) – 4(5) Team NRW

7+9+3+3+3+5= 30 points?

Excellent tournament, thanks team. The clock was a revelation, and I think the availability of the chess clocks set a precedent that other tournaments will struggle to match. Great to see so many players from the continent. Congratulations to the winning team.

Feedback: more Schmee less Leon on the announcements.
