-Rosters are TV 1250k, (includes skills purchased see below). Star Players count toward the 11 man minimum.
-Tournament will be a resurrection style tournament. So any injuries your team suffers will not carry over to the next game, and any SPPs they earn will also be erased. The roster you start the tournament with will be the same for each round you play.

Allowed Inducements:
You may purchase these Inducements (as listed in the CRP) for your team, and have them for the start of each match. If two teams play each other and have the same star player, they will both be allowed to field the Star.

Illegal Procedure:
In the spirit of good sportsmanship, Illegal Procedures will not be called. The 4-minute turn rule will not be strictly enforced. But if the Tournament Referee feels the game may not finish in the 2-hour time allotted, he may insist you use a timer and begin enforcing the 4-minute rule.

-Each player (non-Stars) may be given one of the following set of advancements at the cost listed below.
-No more than two players may be given identical advancements.

Advancement Options:
20k Normal Skill
30k Doubles Skill
30k +MA or +AV
50k Normal Skill + Normal Skill

+10k SPAM tax. For the 3rd or subsequent choice of the same skill chose as an advancement, an additional 10k charge will be applied.

These are the only improvements you may choose.
Example. A dwarf team may give one Blocker and one Blitzer Guard, however he may only add another Guard if he adds a second skill to the new player, for instance, Guard + Mighty Blow on the other, Blitzer for a cost of 60k (50k for 2 Normal Skills plus 10k SPAM tax).

Painting and Modeling requirements:
All teams are expected to meet the minimum painted guidelines. They must have 3 colors on them and no metal showing. Numbers should be painted on both the front and back of base. Non standard or converted minis are acceptable, but we must be able to easily tell the positions apart. You will not be allowed to proxy minis in any way that can confuse an opponent, such as “This woodelf lineman is actually my catcher.” If you need to borrow models or a team, there are several people that may be able help you out with that, don't be afraid to ask.

Sportsmanship:
We are here for the fun of the game. Sportsmanship is not encouraged from the coaches, it is required!
To make sure that everyone who attends will have fun the Tournament official will issue a warning to anyone who is taking away from the fun environment we are looking for. If the behavior continues you will be asked to leave the tournament. Arguing with the tournament organizer or in any way disrespecting them can also result in a warning. An important note on sportsmanship. Fouling 16 turns in a row and running up the score is not poor sportsmanship. But gloating and ridiculing your opponent while doing so is. Remember we are here to have a good time.

NAF:
This event should be NAF sanctioned
(If you don’t know what the NAF is go to http://thenaf.net for more info)

Awards:
These prizes are the minimum, more may be added depending on the amount of coaches
Champion
2nd & 3rd
Best Sportsman
Best Appearance
Stuny Champion
