Thanks everyone for making it a great day, it was a pleasure to host.

Results are attached and congrats to Landrover for the win. Maverick was the leader after Round 1 and Round 2 but lost out to Landrover in Round 3. It was a closely fought day and there was a 5 way tie on points for second place. With 2 games still running, fire olli was in second (Strength of Schedule tiebreaker) but when the final scores were in it was Maverick who claimed second place.

Prizes as follows:
1st place: Landrover
2nd place: Maverick
Highest place stunty team: Wobert
Most TDs: Landrover but prize awared to the runner up, Craven Moorhead (from Beanbag following competitive dice rolls)
Most cas: Landrover but prize awarded to the runner up, Leipziger
Sportsmanship award: Wobert

Lost Property
Barney - I have your tesco bag and board, not sure how to get it to you (I'll be coming to Waterbowl in February but guessing you might need it before then?) but I'm sure we can figure something out.
Also left at the venue were a range rule and two dice (blue 12 sided, green 8 sided).

Jim,

Thank you for a very entertaining day.
I wasn't certain that 0700 existed on a Sunday morning, but the drive proved worth the while. Thanks to Chris for driving Al & me there and back.
Thank you to my opponents for three very entertaining games, although I felt it was a shame that Maverick's final turn (with the chance of a draw) was brutally cut short by a double skull on the first block.

Such is Blood Bowl.

I'm thinking that Stuart Lancaster should maybe take Norse to the next RWC?

TOs! You do not need multiple copies of rosters. It's a waste of paper.

Great work Jim! Good tournie and nice to play new coaches, many of which were new to the game. An undefeated record (albeit 3 draws) was more than acceptable in my first venture with the necromantic orcs! Hope you play next year.

Shame my 40+ turns and absolutely zero injuries wasn't recognised!? Only just managed to ankle break 2 gobbos before the tournament curtain was pulled down!

Dan - I have your thrudbowl board. Will give it to Ali or pass next time we catch up.

If Landrover tournament victories are becoming a mini plague, you need to trace the source of the outbreak!

While (hopefully) people are still looking at this thread, I'd like to confirm that I intend to run S.T.A.R. again next year at roughly the same time of year (date TBC). The 2016 edition will still be a one day tourney but it will be 4 games and played on a Saturday. Looking forward to it already :)

The results have been sent but I don't think they've been processed at the NAF end yet. I'll chase it up.
