The rules for this year are:
TV 1 150 000 gcs
star players allowed
No wizards, except halfling masterchef at 100k
Goblin bribes at 50k (max 3)

Tier 1: (4 spps) Amazon, Chaos dwarf, Dark Elf, Dwarf, Lizardmen, Norse, Orc, Skaven, Undead, Wood Elf

Tier 2: (7 spps): High Elf, Elf, Human, Necromantic

Tier 3: (9 spps) Nurgle, Slann, Vampire, Underworld, Khemri, Chaos Pact, Chaos

Tier 4: (11 spps) Goblins, Halflings, Ogres

1spp: skill on a player
3spps: 2 skills on same player
4 spps: 1 double & 1 regular skill on different players.
4 spps: 1 double on a Big Guy.

A player can't get two skills unless the second option (3 spps) is used.

All skills must be allocated on Saturday before the draw for the first match is known.
No extra skills are given on Sunday.

What is your definition of a big guy? Players with loner or players with st5 or something else?

All players with ST5 are Big Guys.
These are Ogres, Treemen, Trolls, Minos, Kroxigors, Beast of Nurgle etc

Have been given permission to look at costs of coming over, is there anywhere to avoid? also how about parking, anywhere i can park for the 2 days? web is bit confusing as far too much information! not travelled to a tournament before, only been to one we hosted

Parking in and around the venue is free. The town centre is about a mile away, but Sjapie and me drive people to and from the venue.
If you want we can book the hotel we used for Eurobowl, which costs about 50€ for 2 nights.

Driving from cailis to Oostende should take a bit more then an hour.
The motorway is about 10 km from the venue.
