Ask Sputnik about this, doesn't matter if I'm playing AG 2 or 4, pickups won't succed in 50% of the cases. So why bother about a low AG ?
BTW: Who cares for the Balll ? It's called "BloodBowl" not "BloodBall"

As a Dwarf coach, I couldn't agree more... but I think you may yet regret your line up being quite so focussed on casualties...grep-v wrote:

Draw will be like this.... (for first round, after that, it's Swiss)Norse wrote: Lucy, please fix the draw my good man!
Three bowls with names:
Bowl One (TBB'ers)
Bowl Two (A'dam players and those related to the A'dam BB groupe)
Bowl Three (Other Dutch BB players)
Draw:
Name bowl One against name bowl Two
Name bowl Two against name bowl Three
Name bowl Three against name bowl One
Continue until all names are gone. (bribes acceptable and expected to be more than one turnip)

In my games agianst crap-v it was usually me regretting his line-up being quite so focussed on casualties! As a Dwarf coach, I couldn't agree more... but I think you may yet regret your line up being quite so focussed on casualties...
But I would like to see you two draw each other so I can be sure not to be beaten up by you two!

You misunderstoodNorse wrote:As a Dwarf coach, I couldn't agree more... but I think you may yet regret your line up being quite so focussed on casualties...grep-v wrote:

I even started a Dwarf Team (twice in different leagues) which consisted of 11 Longbeards, no Rerolls, and managed to make some TDs (ok, quite few).
And to forestall Sputnik's rant (too late, nah ?) : often the casualties inflicted are pure consequences of the positioning of players. Better have ONE killer who is available for a blitz all the time, than half a dozen killers who have to tediously block lineorcs or sth. again and again.
OK, I admit it: It's not the number one team for victory
Have fun !

Played against TR 150 Dark Elves with my TR 110 All-Longbeards, their wizard changed the weather to pouring rain, I won 1-0Norse wrote:I can think of only 2 words to fill you with dread......
Pouring Rain!!!!!
What I'm really afraid of are these teams: Goblins, Halflings, Amazons
Then I'm going to get KOed with each block.

Yeah, but I respect you more for playing a fun/hitting team than one bent on all out victory...grep-v wrote:

otherwise we would all field Wood Elves , right?
