As a bit of a newbie to the tournament scene I feel my mini-me should have no-skills... perhaps I could make a skilled player and then just say his has spent years practising off the pitch :p

Use the skills that best describe you personally, if you want to represent 'inexperience' add Loner (assuming player doesn't have it already) - as you have not practiced with the team

There is a boxing ring in the venue (or was last time I was there), I'll settle for you stapling two live cats to your hands, punching a wall as hard as you can and then jumping 6 ft in the air and landing on your elbow

Obviously all ClawPOMB ers will be put in the ring together to demonstrate their best moves on each other

Is this rule set intended to actually represent a person or is it just an excuse to power game. I've already come up with a few delights. Aside from that, not sure there's any BloodBowl positions I could really fill, except the broken and mentally scared line fodder that sits on the bench with a niggle waiting for retirement
