Winter War (Austin, TX) - Feb 4, 2017

Hi All,
The first tournament in the 2017 S.C.A.R.S will be Winter War in Austin, Texas. I won't post all the rules here, but the basics are that you start the first round with a 1,250,000 roster and gain 250,000 skills between each round until you have a 2,000,000 roster in the 4th and final round. To make things more interesting, though, each team will suffer stat penalties to random players between each round, as well.
