Congrats to Hawca, a well earned victory.
Thank to all my opponents, and apologies to ceetee for not putting up anything like a strong performance.
But five consecutive turns ending in skulls means your opponent has a much easier life...

If you cannot stall out for an 8 turn drive to score with dwarves then you need to go and play canasta with your dad..if you can find him.

Go on then, let's have a quick discussion. We have a hard core of people who come back every year - would you like to see any changes to the rules pack? I am only looking for minor tweaks, for example stacking?

Limit spamming
stacking would be nice
say no to non stunty stat boosts

When designing your rota apply Weaton's Law and remember it is supposed to be fun for BOTH players.

Ban DWARVES.

Thanks for a great tournament. My first time in Cakebowl and I hope not the last one.

Congrats and thank you to hawca and wulfyn (I content myself that my two lost are againts the two best players of the tournament) and the rest of my opponents.

Limit spamming (maybe up to six), allow staking, more skills or money for stunties.

Allow only 2 instances of the same team. Coaches have to bid for a team, first pay first served.

Oh oh how about this...

You can have 3/4 (insert number) instances of the same skill after which if you want a 4th it costs extra skill point and another for each additional skill.
So you can still spam but won't have as many skills as another team who doesn't.

Or Random skills.

Or 2 skills per game.

Or just leave it the same, everyone has the same chance and its obviously popular, just not so much when we loose (easy to blame the skill set)

Not going to go too complicated (staggered cost of skills), and not going to include tiers. I love the simplicity of the ruleset, and want to keep that flavour.

Then, limit spamming and allow staking to see more interesting combinations of skills in only one player.
