The Bloody Skull Cup - Peterborough UK 7th/8th April

Post by stunties »

Hi gents,
We at Norman Cross Crusaders (wargaming group just outside of peterborough) are hosting a 2 day event in yaxley 7th / 8th April.
to sign up to the event :-
1. join Norman cross crusaders on facebook
2. click events
3. post on the event page or IM -Justin Easby on facebook

we are charging £25 for a 2 day event where we not only provide an excellent facility for 2 days and 5 games but prizes trophies and food both days (ask anyone who's been to our other stuff the food's usuall very good).

For those not on facebook / email me at justineasby@gmail.com to reserve a place or request rulespack
As its our first event we expect between 20-30 players but will expand it to 60 if needed as we have both the facility and the desire to make this a big event.

TOs! You do not need multiple copies of rosters. It's a waste of paper.
Bribe level: good coffee.

Thanks lunchmoney we will pick one of the empty slots next year but for now we were hoping to pick up the local interest of newbs and returning bowlers offering a 2 dayer for low cost thats gonna get them coming back in droves :smoking: to add i know its busy that weekend but most of the BB tourneys i have enquired about tend to be full we can take up to 60 easily (we will be happy with 30)

With the other tournies being 1-dayers, any chance this will be NAF-ranked?

Quick summary of the rules pack? :D

Pete W thanks for the interest ok in a nutshell all teams welcome 2 dayer 5 games 3 random pre draw (sat) - 2 swiss draw sunday (super sunday) 1.2m average 4 upgrades per team depending on tier etc etc blah blah. food both days prizes(dwarf goodies) and trophies (unique) we also plan to issue 2 x exclusive armour dice (d6) we expect 20-30 this year but with better planning and organisation we will expand to 50+ next year. Naf sanctioned ...no sadly not they like the rulespack but not the date unfortunately the doncaster tourney is too close georgraphically and not sanction this time unless we move to easter weekend [scratches chin...] nope
