Tier 2: 5 skills + 1 double (Chaos, Chaos Pact, Elf, High Elf, Human, Khemri, Nurgle, Slann
Tier 3: 6 skills + 2 doubles (Halfling, Goblin, Ogre, Underworld, Vampire)
