"Each tier has an allocation of skills, and a set of restrictions on those skills. There is no limit to the number of skills a single player can be given from the team’s allocation."

I originally read it as there is no stacking limit on any player, but wondered if it actually meant only one player on your team can have more than one skill?

Limitations just refers to different tiers having different numbers of skills so, yes, you can build your super fanatic.

Any player can have more than one skill, as long as it is from a skill set they have access to, and doesn't take the team over the allocated number of skills.

Does that make sense.

Also, just to repeat what's been announced in several other spots, teams have been limited to one star player, regardless of tiers.
